These Regulations insert Ketamine into Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 (“the 2002 Regulations”), which specifies some of the controlled drugs that are subject to the record keeping, information and destruction requirements set out in regulations 22, 23, 26 and 27 of the 2002 Regulations and for which provision is made by certain other regulations of the 2002 Regulations.
